We are looking for future leaders in our business, our current CEO joined us via the Graduate program, so we mean it when we say we are committed to your career development. DuluxGroup is made up of six core business areas comprising of 50 well recognised brands, from Yates, Selleys and Cabots plus many more. As part of the graduate program, you will rotate within your stream across these brands and business areas.

Hiring Criteria We’re interested in people with diverse experience, from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career with DuluxGroup. This means we’re looking for people who have:

• Completed a degree within the last two years (or due to complete before Feb 2025).
• An interest in stepping into an accelerated leadership program.
• A focus on their career and the future, with a passion for gaining diverse work experience.
• A drive to understand the “why” and “how”.
• Flexibility to move interstate during the program

  Prepare and present to clients and internal stakeholders, including investment recommendations and pitches
