iEDM is the engineering project manager and principal contractor responsible for the temporary infrastructure required at the Australian Grand Prix and the Avalon Airshow. You will join a highly skilled and diverse group of people from professional, events and construction backgrounds. The Project & Office Administrator plays a critical role in the project, working with the Project Director and key project managers to help deliver successful events.

Roles & Responsibilities:
In the non-event season, the role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the iEDM Melbourne team under the Regional Project Director. Responsibilities include general office tasks, managing staff uniforms, liaising with HR, and assisting in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth office functioning. Additionally, duties extend to running errands, attending meetings, and taking minutes as needed. During the project period, reporting to the Project Director or Lead Project Manager, the role shifts to managing the setup and operational aspects of the iEDM Engineering Site Office (ESO). This includes overseeing the site's reception services, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing administrative tasks such as meeting minutes and site catering. The position also involves handling logistics like site keys, radios, and vehicle requirements for the project team, as well as managing contractor inquiries and maintaining the helpdesk system. Further responsibilities encompass accreditation processes, minor project management tasks, and preparing various reports like construction updates and event statistics.
