Leading Investment company seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to help actively drive the implementation of the company's Risk Management Framework to support business and strategic goals, including adherence to essential legislative and regulatory standards. The role is varied and will include ownership of operational and Compliance risk management programs, overseeing incident management, leading Business Continuity /Disaster Recovery initiatives, and managing third-party risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Executive Risk & Compliance Committee meetings by developing and presenting monthly Risk and Compliance reports.
• Assist on the operational and Compliance risk management programs, engage business stakeholders, define controls, manage Key Risk Indicators and oversee incident management, BC/DR, and third-party risk management.
• Support Risk reviews, compliance obligations mapping and assist with second line control testing activities.
• Document key Risk and Compliance processes and support cybersecurity/fraud risk management activities.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field.
• Operational Risk Management experience from Line 1 or 2 in regulated industry
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in risk management. ideally also compliance frameworks, GRC systems, incident management, BCP/DR, and third-party risk management. Not all required but some exposure to some or all would be beneficial
• Sound knowledge of Risk & Compliance frameworks and how to operationalise them
• Pragmatic, Passionate and Enthusiastic
