Supported by the Head Finance Broker, your day-to-day will look like:

• Supporting loan setups by conducting financial analyses, and coordinating activities related to servicing, LMI quotes, pricing, and application submissions
• Coordinating post-settlement activities such as the pricing of anniversary letters, managing product switch and loan maintenance forms, and handling discharge forms. 
• Maintaining accurate records by ensuring Outlook and Broker Engine are updated with all customer data regularly. 
• Supporting the daily operations of the office, including opening/closing the office, answering phones and scheduling appointments.

To be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will have the following:

• Experience in customer service 
• An interest in and willingness to learn about the finance and mortgage broking industry
