Supported by the Head Finance Broker, your day-to-day will look like:
- Supporting loan setups by conducting financial analyses, and coordinating activities related to servicing, LMI quotes, pricing, and application submissions
- Coordinating post-settlement activities such as the pricing of anniversary letters, managing product switch and loan maintenance forms, and handling discharge forms.
- Maintaining accurate records by ensuring Outlook and Broker Engine are updated with all customer data regularly.
- Supporting the daily operations of the office, including opening/closing the office, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Selection Criteria:
To be shortlisted for this opportunity, you will have the following:
- Experience in customer service
- An interest in and willingness to learn about the finance and mortgage broking industry
