About the role:
Your responsibilities will include;
- Building relationships to support the advisers in delivering financial advice to clients
- Support senior advisers in researching investment opportunities, analysing market trends, and evaluating investment products and strategies.
- Develop the skills to provide comprehensive financial analysis, including cashflow projections, retirement planning, investment analysis, and risk assessments.
- Working with clients and institutions to gather information and implement recommendations
- Assisting with client investment reporting
- Lodgement of ad hoc forms, applications and paperwork
- Assist with the implementation of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice
- Contributing to maintaining our high compliance standard
- Performing general administrative duties related to servicing the clients
- Bachelor of Commerce or related degree as a minimum
- Excellent communication skills – you must be comfortable speaking to clients & colleagues
- Must have strong experience with Excel; ability to manipulate data, produce reports and create new reports
- Must have a passion for investments
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong focus on training, support and personal/professional development
- Direct contact with clients and professional network
