Sunstate Motorcycles is a dynamic family owned company that has been in operation for over 27 years. Representing all the major motorcycle manufacturers, and having branched out into Powersports and marine, we have grown to be the largest independent dealer in QLD. 

With Dealerships on the Sunshine, Fraser and Gold Coasts, we are continuing to grow our business and are currently looking to expand our team and have a position available for a Business Manager / Trainee Business Manager at our Gold Coast dealership.

Qualifications & experience

• Ability to work in a team environment and develop excellent relationships with sales staff to ensure overall customer satisfaction and maximise profits.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and gain experience in providing quality Finance and Insurance and extended warranty options.
• Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide quality Finance, Insurance and Extended warranty options to our valued customers.
• Process financial applications and be responsible for settlements for all vehicles sold.
• Work with the Sales Team to ensure customers leave the dealership with their dream ride (on-road, off-road or surf) and the gear to go with it.
• Actively develop and maintain relationships with customers and assist in maintaining our customer database.
• Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved with a focus on maximising profits and customer satisfaction.
