DutiesWorking with Partners and Senior Lawyers, you will be involved in arrange of Banking & Finance matters, such as complex debt financing arrangement, corporate finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, real estate finance & project finance.
About YouEnergetic & passionate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in Banking & Finance Law;
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records;
- Strong organisational & time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; and
- Be able to work cohesively in a high performing & paced environment; and
- The ability to wok under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
