About the Role
In this role you will work with award-winning Partners, assisting with matters from start to finish, on range of complex and interesting financial transactions. Some of the matters will include, but not limited to debt advisory, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, construction & development finance and recapitalisations.
About You
- Lawyer (2+ PQE); with strong leadership qualities;
- A relevant Law degree; coupled with strong academics;
- Strong drafting skills & technical ability;
- Excellent communication skill; both verbal and written;
- The ability to prioritise matters effectively and meet tight deadlines.
