Finance Manager

Boutique Commercial Property law firm seeks a Finance Manager on a job share part-time basis (3 days per week).

The role

This Boutique Commercial Property law firm is looking for a Finance Manager, delivering accounts functions of the Firm, including all office and trust accounting functions (receipts, payments, debtor management, financial reporting etc)

• Performing, supervising and overseeing all accounting functions of the Firm in conjunction with, and at the direction of, the Firm's Operations Manager
• Attending to financial tasks for the Firm including the effective management of trust and general bank accounts, receipting monies, trust to office transfers, processing client credit card payments, liaising with external bookkeepers and accountants, recording and monitoring staff leave, and other tasks;

Well established and progressive boutique Property Law Firm of 15 staff. Offer flexibility of working from home 1 day a week, flexible hours, bonus' for all staff, every Friday night drinks, quarterly lunches and supportive environment. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience.
