Finance Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing Retail business Sydney’s Sutherlandshire. You will be employee number 5 in an organisation that has seen huge revenue growth over the last 2 years, and they are now looking for a savvy Finance professional to join them on their journey.
  
The role will see you mange the finance function from top to bottom and the responsibilities will be diverse. Help them launch into international markets, be part of the business planning and product strategy, implement Netsuite ERP, lead in structuring their financial and management reporting and manage all company financial transactions are just some of the aspects you will be involved with.
You will need to be hands on implementing processes, wear a different hat when necessary and help the ambitious Founders grow the company into something special. You will manage the Audit process, identify the risks the Founders face in what they want to do with the business and generally be the leader in the corporate office as the company continue to grow. This is a stand-alone role however there will still be a good level of flexibility and work life balance. Responsibilities include;
 

• Financial Statement preparation
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Advise on all Taxation obligations, compliance and strategies
• Oversee AP/AR/Payroll/BAS/FBT
• Cashflow Forecasting
• Product and market analysis
• Implement Netsuite ERP
• Manage the Audit process
