- Analysing financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
- Collaborating cross-departmentally to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs.
- Coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Mentoring and developing finance team members for professional growth.
About You/Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
- Effective communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Varied responsibilities in a respected organization.
- Experience with Xero and Cin7
