The Opportunity
Newly created role with a diversified (real estate, equities, funds) investment group who have an established track record of success and continued growth over the years. Reporting into the FC this is a varied role, working with a friendly, supportive team environment.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing finance and operations of investment funds and its investment entities (SPVs) including monthly distributions, month-end, calculating quarterly unit prices, preparing covenant reports and conducting analysis on portfolio companies, as well as providing general support to the FC and the broader investment team
Finally you will look after compliance, support investor relations/admin from time-to-time and be accountable for ongoing process improvement and management of systems.
About you
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified CA/CPA with experience in fund accounting from a best practice environment, ideally out of a med-to-large corporate.
This role is well suited to a Senior Accountant or recently promoted Finance Manager.
An interest or curiosity about investing and property and equities markets would be advantageous.
