The role
Due to parental leave, there is currently an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team on a 12 month contract.
As Finance Manager, you will report to the Managing Director, lead a small team and own ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of the month-end process for multiple entities, including preparation and review of balance sheet and GL reconciliations
- Preparing and posting accruals, prepayments, recharges, amortisation and other journals
- Monitor revenue and customer rebates
- Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Financial modelling for costing and pricing of new products / markets
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS, GST and FBT
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Business partner the leadership team and operational stakeholders
- CA/CPA qualified
- Prior experience in a Finance leadership role
- FMCG experience highly favourable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable track record of delivering on process improvement and efficiency projects.
