The Australian branch, founded in 2014 and located in Sydney, is the one brand solution for petrol, electric and cordless powered outdoor equipment. They specialise in product promotion, marketing, after-sales service, and technical support. Whilst the overarching group has a long-standing reputation, the Australian branch is dedicated to expanding and solidifying its presence in the market. The group has a significant market presence across various countries including Australia, Germany, USA, UK Sweden and Japan.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to join the office-based team in Sydney. This newly created role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our client's brand in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales plans that align with the overarching strategies from head office. You will be part of a small, dynamic team, making a significant impact in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to formulate and execute the company's sales strategy in line with head office directives.
- Set sales targets, develop comprehensive sales plans, and oversee their implementation.
- Lead brand maintenance and promotional activities, focusing on both customer retention and new customer acquisition.
- Continuously explore market opportunities, expanding both online and offline sales channels to ensure rapid business growth.
- Provide regular business reports, analysing market trends, and channel performance to offer actionable insights and recommendations.
- Travel domestically to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Salary on offer $140,000 Inc + Bonuses (Negotiable based on experience)

- Ability to travel domestically as needed.
