The Opportunity:
Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? You will be involved in working as a senior member of our well-respected team from our Perth office, working collaboratively with our client to successfully deliver an energy transition project? This is a great opportunity to be part of an innovative team while obtaining valuable experience in fast-track project delivery.
In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:
- Lead the finance team (6), including payroll, accounts payable and receivable along with reporting.
- Develop backup support for critical tasks.
- Ownership of the monthly reporting requirements to group and local management.
- Support RFD and group finance teams with data, insights and implementational of improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Payroll tax, BAS, FBT & Income Tax within Australia.
- Review weekly payment runs for vendors and suppliers.
- Provide finance support to the business for new and established operations.
- Liaise with Shared services centre for management of Accounts Payable and other accounting entries.
- Provide finance support to operations and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Group & Local Delegations of Authority (DoA).
