The Finance Manager will report to the Financial Controller and have 5 Financial Accountants based on 5 different sites reporting to them. They will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They manage financial resources, develop strategies, and ensure compliance while guiding finance professionals.

- Competitive base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation
- Lead and manage the finance team on 5 different sites
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring insightful reporting to business leaders
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Oversee End of Month processes, Payroll and Cash Flow Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Mentor and develop finance team members for professional growth and performance enhancement
- Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years as a Finance Manager or similar
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Agricultural environment preferred
- Accounting Certification (CPA, CA)
