The Company As the leader of the Management Accounting function, the Manager – Management Accounting plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and timeliness of transactional and reporting processes from record to report. This leadership position involves collaborating with Operational Administration to ensure seamless, accurate, and near real-time capture, translation, and recording of financial transactions. The role also includes providing management Flash & P&L Reporting, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to the growth and maturity of the function within the organisation. The Role Preparation of weekly & monthly management accounts with production & distribution of periodic Flash and P&L reporting. Ownership of EOM close & reconciliation activities, including Monthly Board Pack submissions. Maintenance of appropriate accrual levels and controlled timing of financial transaction recognition with completion of balance sheet reconciliations. Setting policies and processes for streamlined sustainable & scalable solutions. Extraction, translation, and integration of sub-system data into Centurion’s ERP. Oversight on upstream systems to the ERP ensuring financial recognition integrity. Providing visibility to process, system & administration health checks & performance through KPIs and working cross-functionally to address areas of improvement. Developing solutions with cross-functional partners to enhance Centurion’s Management Accounting capabilities, such as activity-based costing, detailed gross margin reporting, and project accounting. About You The ideal Candidates must hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess a professional certification such as CPA or CA. A track record of 10+ years’ experience, showcasing robust accounting practices, optimization of financial processes, and aligning operations with accounting goals is essential. Self-motivation, adept problem-solving, and strong communication skills are required. You will be a seasoned manager of staff.
