Notre Dame Catholic Primary School is a double stream co-educational primary school catering for children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 with an approximate enrolment of 500 students. The school also runs a very successful school operated OSHC program.
This position is primarily responsible for the financial processing, financial administration and financial management of the school. The role will provide information to support decision making by the Principal to ensure ongoing financial viability of the school.
The school is seeking an experienced Finance Officer preferably with knowledge and a working understanding of the AOS financial system and appropriate financial qualifications or significant school experience are deemed as a necessary requirement for the successful candidate.
This position is full-time ongoing. Salary may be negotiated based upon qualifications and relevant experience.

SELECTION CRITERIA
The successful candidate will be expected to be an integral part of the financial and administration team and will have responsibilities specifically for..
- The preparation and maintenance of all financial records of the school.
- The completion of monthly and annual financial compliance requirements.
- The administration of the payroll function for the school and care services.
- The undertaking of duties of the school office and building positive and constructive working relationships with all members of the school community.
- The ability to liaise with school contractors and oversee the implementation of the school’s maintenance plan.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Relevant Financial Degree in Accounting or equivalent school experience.
