The role:
This newly created position, based in our East Fremantle office is offered on either a full time or part time basis (hours can be negotiated) and will be responsible for providing payroll, accounts and administrative support to the Delroy Orchards group of companies. This role involves processing accounting transactions for banking, maintaining accounts payable and receivable processes, performing accounting reconciliations, maintaining taxation obligations and the processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have proven and current experience in a financial environment undertaking Accounts Payable, Receivable and payroll functions. Experience in Taxation and Reconciliation processes is also an essential requirement to successfully undertake this role. An understanding of industrial awards and agreements for payroll processing is also essential. Having an accounting certificate or qualification and experience with ERP systems, Reckon Payroll, Employment Hero or other payroll systems would be highly regarded.
You will also have:
- Experience in financial or accounts management.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to use word processing, Excel and database packages.
- Experience with accounting packages
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to meet regular deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
