Softball Australia (SA) is the National Sporting Organisation (NSO) for the sport and has eight member States and Territories across the country. There are over 23,000 members and over 100K+ players in Australia ranging from grassroots through to elite talent.

About the role
Working closely with National Office and State-based staff, the role is crucial for providing a high level of service and support in the financial operations of SA and its One Softball Member States. Operating within a complex business structure, the role’s primary objective is to provide accurate and reliable support to the Finance Team.
The Finance Officer is responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, preparation of weekly pay runs, bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and Debtor Management.
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers and staff, providing high levels of customer service, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail in data entry are essential requirements to be successful in this role.
