Aboriginal Enterprises Australia NT (formerly AUS Projects NT) is one of the Northern Territories largest and long-established Aboriginal owned employers. We are now seeking the services of an experienced Finance Officer to join our team and be based out of one of our Katherine office.
Aboriginal Enterprises Australia is a one stop shop, with capabilities across all aspects of construction and remote infrastructure, stretched across the entire Northern Territory and through the Pilbara.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience/proficiency in the follow areas.
- Maintaining accurate creditor information and creditor accounts.
- Reconciliation of creditors accounts
- Researching and investigating discrepancies in AR invoices and AP
- Tracking of costs and anomalies
- Banking and cash reconciliation
- Assist the Senior Finance Officer with cash flow management and preparation
- Demonstrate integrity, resilience, accountability and ethical behaviour.
- Ability to take initiative, maintain effective work habits and produce high quality results.
Ideally, we are looking to employ an NT based local who is looking for a long term position, though we are equally happy to consider interstate applicants, who are looking to relocate.
