Qualifications & experience
- Book-Keeper
- Business Administration Certificate III (Minimum)
- Finance
- Business Law
- Accounting
Tasks & responsibilities
- Experience in using Accounting Software Xero is a must
- Knowledge in Unleashed Software is an advantage
- Manage inventory movements, adjustments and write-off's
- Prepare company tax, PAYG and BAS statements
- Reconcile and process of Superannuation and WorkCover
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Debt management and collection
- Monitoring budget and expenditure control
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Working closely with our Accountants
- Advance Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
- Liaise with Director, Administration & Sales Representatives
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Provide high level customer service
- Facilitate the onboarding of new starters
- Other Finance and Administration tasks as requested from Director
