AddressMy Client is a leading Property Investment firm based in Sydney CBD. Due to rapid growth, they are recruiting a Finance Officer on a permanent basis.
Here lies an opportunity that offers an experienced Finance Officer professional to join a collaborative, high-preforming and fun-loving Corporate finance team.
Duties:
- Vendor Maintenance Creations/updates: Maintaining accurate Vendor data within the Accounts payable module, including monthly reconciliations;
- Eftsure Creation & Compliance;
- Resident Debtors Reconciliation;
- Banking Administration;
- Corporate Card Administration: Reconciliation of the corporate credit card accounts ensuring all credit card reports have been completed and accounted for;
- Expense Management Administration - Maintenance of employee expense reimbursement payments including reviewing submitted claims and processing into General Ledger; and
- Assist the Billings team when required with invoice creation, payment allocations, debtors follow up etc.
The ideal Candidate:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar type role in AP/R or Accounts all-rounder/Bookkeeper role;
- Previous experience in Banking;
- Property industry highly desirable;
- Strong user of MS Excel inc. use of Pivot Tables and V lookups;
- Previous exposure to a large Accounting ERP. Dynamics 365 highly desirable!; and
- Possesses a strong attention to detail and stakeholder management ability.
