We pride ourselves on our personalised and caring approach to In-home care. We are searching for an experienced Finance Officer to join our growing team.
The Position:
- Weekly cashflow, creditor processing and reconciliation of organisational and client accounts.
- Processing of payroll, employee leave and annual reporting.
- Preparation, analysis and forecasting of mid-year and annual budget that provide financial input to business and strategic planning.
- Ensure stringent implementation of financial control procedures that comply with organisational process, Department of Health, ACNC, Department of Commerce and ATO.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting or Similar
Experience:
- Experience in preparation of budgets, forecasting and reporting processes.
- A comprehensive knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in investigating transactions and strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounts, auditing and internal controls.
- Well-developed written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Genuine desire to provide the best quality care for aged people.
