Reporting to the Director, this challenging role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering the overall financial activities of the organisation, therefore ensuring the high level delivery of efficient accounting practices. Key to this role will be the provision of strategic financial and business planning, budgeting, management reporting and annual statutory accounts. You will also be responsible for the consistent improvement in the quality of services provided by the team and commitment to quality assurance concepts and undertake specific projects when required.
CA/CPA qualified, you will have demonstrated high level competencies in finance and administration and be a creative, lateral thinker with strong commercial acumen. Key to this role will be your ability to influence and resolve issues complemented with strong interpersonal and negotiation expertise and your ability to look beyond the numbers to achieve effective results. You will have well developed conceptual and analytic abilities including demonstrated ability to prepare and present accurate and timely reports.
As a mature and confident professional possessing strong personal motivation, you will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess integrity and expertise which inspires the confidence and respect of others. A strategic approach to the role combined with practical delivery and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks concurrently is required.
