The Challenge
This role is responsible for all aspects of treasury operations and assisting with tax compliance for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Management of all aspects of treasury operations including cash-flow & debt management, weekly cash flow forecasting, annual cash flow budgeting and daily management of FX requirements
- Overseeing and managing divisional insurance requirements
- Manage the firms tax compliance including Income Tax, FBT, GST
- Building sound relationships with the business unit finance leaders
- Identifying and driving process improvements and business re-engineering opportunities
- Support the delivery of key statutory reporting requirements including annual audit and tax
- Lead the execution of key transformation projects
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to Tax & Treasury activities
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury and tax

- Strong communication skills and proven experience supporting and leading high performing teams
- Accounting operations leadership experience
