Reporting into an established Finance Business Partner, the responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Reporting & Operations:
- Design and implement reports for performance enhancement.
- Drive data platform integration and BI tool adoption.
- Provide expertise for strategic projects.
- Business Insights & Optimization:
- Translate data into actionable insights for growth.
- Develop and maintain data models for decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency.
- ERP Integration & Leadership:
- Stay updated on industry trends for ERP influence.
- Collaborate to meet ESG reporting obligations.
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis for trends and patterns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting needs.
- Offer guidance and support on data inquiries.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Monitor data quality metrics and drive improvements.
- Experience working within the retail industry is of high importance
- 3+ years working a similar role
- CA / CPA qualification is desired but not a pre-requisite
- A highly analytical mind - able to solve problems, identify risks and highlight opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills - able to effectively build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Experience working technically with Power BI (required), SQL/power query (desired) and TM1 (beneficial)
