The role- Key point of contact for the external audit process and preparation of the annual statutory financial statements.
- Perform treasury-related functions.
- Cash-flow management including FX analysis and hedging.
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Participate in ad hoc projects and system implementations.
- Analysis and review of technical accounting treatment advice as required.
- Perform daily and month-end accounting activities.
- Preparation, review and analysis of monthly management reports.
- Prepare financial and ad hoc reporting and analyses as required by the Executive Manager.
The PersonWe are looking for a fully qualified accounting professional who has approximately 3 years (+) experience in one of the Big 4 or a mid-tier chartered firm with an audit background. Your experience will include in-depth knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, strong interpersonal skills with confidence working with senior leaders. As an individual you will be positive, inclusive and collaborative in approach with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
