The
Reporting Advisor will work closely with the Reporting & Insights Senior Advisor across all activities that ensure GIO meet contract obligations and provide claims teams with required information on formats that ensure high performance.The contract that GIO has entered with icare as a Claims Service Provider requires monthly reporting to ensure adherence with a variety of contractual requirements. These are extracted from the claims system and required in provided templates under tight timeframes. The role will be responsible for ensuring GIO meet these requirements, find efficiencies and investigatePerformance measures are key in ensuring GIO is a successful CSP within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. The
Reporting Advisor will be heavily involved in production of reports to ensure best available information is provided to claims teams as well as any changes required to keep up with an ever changing industry are implemented.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:Coordinate delivery of key reports & submissions across the business. This requires balancing time constraints, project management, risk management, quality adhearance and contract understanding. Key activities include:
- Completing routine contract submissions
- Extraction and translation of data from the icare guidewire system
- Providing internal business reports to uplift performance
- Assistance across the GIO claims book in provisions of operational reports.
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2 years within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme
- Extensive experience in using QLIK & Microsoft Excel
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with icare
- Expert in GWCC and Advanced knowledge of ClaimCentre
- Proficient in project management and delivery
- Advanced knowledge of the external market and presenting to this market.
