As a Finance Specialist, Process and Control, you are responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and integrity across key processes within Financial Control and broader Enterprise Finance.
You will be part of a small team of Process and Control experts, with a primary responsibility to support the finance function operate and administer key controls and drive change in key processes. You may also be deployed to support other change projects/initiatives across the wider financial control community.
You will be supporting the implementation of the Operational risk framework for Enterprise Finance and will work hand in hand with 1st line risk and assurance team.
You will also assume BAU responsibilities relevant to key processes incl. policy & procedure ownership and maintenance, training, and other activities that relate to embedding and sustaining change whilst monitoring risks effectively. Some of the key responsibilities include execution of Enterprise Finance governance and well managed responsibilities to ensure process performance and compliance.
The team works in close collaboration with GPO, Finance Governance, Heads of Divisional Financial Control and HFC Leads in Manila.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A bachelors’ university degree and be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
- Proven experience in finance and accounting
- Experience in establishing, planning, managing projects end-to-end.
- Identification and effective execution of improvements to processes or reporting; experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, HCD highly regarded.
- Sound platform and software tooling knowledge to ensure sustainable solutions that will meet and exceed business needs
- Understanding of various automation tools
- Possess communication and leadership skills coupled with creative approach to problem solving
