Our group administrate five Residential Aged Care facilities across Sydney metropolitan area.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Aged Care clinical leader to join our professional management team at Head office to strengthen care provision and compliance of OLC Care homes.
Qualification & Experience:
Current registration with AHPRA, Division 1
Five years experience in Residential Aged Care
one year + Care Manager or similar clinical leadership experience essential
QA and Compliance experience a big plus
Excellent communication skills
Certificate/ Diploma in Gerontology/ Aged Care/ Management Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Work at various facilities according to operational needs:
To assist the facilities in achieving company goals & objectives and meeting accreditation standards
To assist the facilities in the provision of care services and operational direction for all employees.
To be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and provision of care services.
To act as clinical consultant for personal and health/ clinical care matters.
To mentor and educate according to identified needs.
To monitor Health and Personal Care Standards are maintained for residents.
To lead clinical team(s) to deliver desired operational outcomes.
Travel between sites is essential. All our homes are in Sydney metro areas.
You will be assigned to lead, mentor and manage the care provisions of Aged Care homes based on identified operational needs in the group. This is a role that brings you the challenges, great satisfaction and career development path. We are happy to hear from you!
