As our new Sales Support representitive for our Duroclass and SilkSurface brands, you will play a key role in facilitating the organisation of the sales team.
Mission: Supporting BDM & Sales team selling machine
Your Next Opportunity
Sales support is paramount for the high performance of the sales team. In our Duroclass team, you will be responsible for the below:
- Being a facilitator for BDM team connection with headquarters.
- Looking after BDM & sales team requirements and their customers including arranging appointments.
- Managing notes in CRM system for all client visits & interactions.
- Managing the sales inbox to ensure customer enquiries are treated like gold.
Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating meetings for BDM & sales team.
- Managing CRM and recording all sales visit interactions from the BDM & Sales team.
- Responding to customer inquiries and including the relevant sales personnel into all email interactions.
- Providing quotes and pricing to customers.
- Maintaining customer databases and generating sales reports.
- Providing administrative support to the BDM & sales team.
- Manage process for sample packs, brochures, display stands and POS material etc to be sent to customers as per rep & customer requests.
- Overview logistics and provide client support for ETA, other freight enquiries and direct shipped orders.
- Order entry backup

You’ll be the point of contact for our sales personnel and many of our clients and stores, so reliability and a positive attitude are a must in this role. Critical to your success in this role will also be the ability to work independently and be self motivated.
