The Role
Due to the recent award of numerous projects and company growth, we are now looking to add a Systems Administrator to join our finance team.
Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining delegation of authority
- Creation of projects/jobs, and associated WBS
- Creating and maintain supplier & customer master data.
- Maintaining the General Ledger
- Monitoring daily transactions for errors and ensuring ledgers and sub-ledgers balance
- Month-end scripts & rollovers incl month-end close process
- Creating and maintaining new reports
Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Systems administration experience in large ERP
- SAP Business By Design experience is highly desirable.
- CA/CPA desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills dealing with a variety of different stakeholders.
This position will be based at our head office in Kirrawee reporting into the systems Accountant. Martinus is a flexible workplace employer and is prepared to negotiate around Work from Home.
