In this role you will:

• Working with customers to find the best finance and insurance package for their needs as an integral part of the sales process
• Working closely with both the sales and management team to generate new business opportunities
• Accurately preparing and submitting finance and insurance related documentation
• Liasing with the lender throughout the application and settlement process
• Proactively striving to exceed individual and team KPI’s
• Maintaining compliance requirements
• Providing exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

• An energetic approach to customer service.
• A background in sales preferred
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A high attention to detail.
• A commitment to following dealership process.
• The ability to study and retain detailed product information.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• A current driver’s licence.
