We are currently seeking a versatile team member who is eager to take on a multifaceted role encompassing parts interpretation, customer service, administration, and warehouse responsibilities. Your Role:
Customer Service & Parts Enquiries: Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicle. Don't worry if you're not a parts guru yet – we'll provide all the training you need!
Administration: Generating quotes, invoice preparation & entry plus ad hoc administrative tasks
Warehouse Operations: From receiving, picking and packing to keeping the inventory in check
We’re Looking For:
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, with outstanding phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn about diesel fuel system parts and accessories.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Proactive, can-do attitude, prepared to tackle diverse tasks in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in automotive parts and accessories or mechanical trade would be highly advantageous
Work Arrangement:
Flexibility in work arrangement (on-premise / remote ‘work from home’) with an initial requirement of approximately 20-30 hours per week, with potential for transition into a more permanent role. Work hours: Monday - Friday.
