As the Financial Accountant, you will collaborate with a skilled and accomplished Finance team, responsible for carrying out financial accounting and reporting duties. This includes ensuring adherence to reporting, taxation, and accounting standards, supporting both internal and external audit needs, and driving initiatives to enhance financial performance and efficiency within the organisation.

- To be considered for this role, you should have extensive financial accounting experience (minimum 4 years).
- A tertiary degree in Commerce/Accounting or a related field is required, along with a CA/CPA qualification (or working towards).
- Strong background in financial accounting and tax compliance, with extensive experience managing audit processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems are highly advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong collaboration, and excellent communication skills with team members are also important.
- An openness and willingness to relocate to Newcastle, NSW.
