The Role
We are seeking a Financial Accountant with 3+ years of experience in a similar role who is keen to grow with the business. This person will report into the Head of Finance and will be responsible for the the end-to-end finance operations tasks.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day finance tasks and contributing to the development of new finance processes. This role will plat an important part in setting the foundation for our next stage of growth.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Client invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Supplier invoicing and Accounts Payable
- Payroll processing and management
- Bank Reconciliations
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Compliance and Internal Controls
- Refining and improving systems and procedures
Your key to success:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification is desirable but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience with Xero and Deputy software is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
