Financial Accountant

A great opportunity for a Financial Accountant who wants to continue their journey in the construction company sector. The company is an experienced construction contractor servicing some of Australia’s leading brands and government departments. They work in the education and health infrastructure sectors to deliver small to medium sized projects. They are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a small team of 3 junior accountants on a full time basis.
  
The day-to-day role includes:

• Leading a team of junior accountants in AP/ AR
• Month End processing
• BAS and GST reconciliations
• Prepare, review and analyse monthly P&L
• Prepare monthly reporting
• Provide financial insights and analysis and support the Financial Controller
