Are you a finance whiz with a knack for numbers and a passion for creating organized outcomes? Look no further! We're seeking a Financial Accountant (4 days per week or full time) to join our dynamic team and assist our Chief Financial Officer in keeping our financial ship sailing smoothly. This role will be located on site with limited flexibility to work from home available.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our Financial Accountant, you'll be diving into a sea of numbers and tasks to ensure our financial operations are shipshape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping our workplace safe and tidy, because safety first!
- Data entry wizardry to keep our records accurate and up to date.
- Being the ultimate backup for payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Processing cash transactions and coordinating banking activities.
- Preparing monthly financial accounts and reports.
- Managing our ERP system, both at month-end and year-end.
- Producing management reports
- Substantiating financial transactions through meticulous auditing.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies like a detective solving a mystery.
- Maintaining our financial security through strict adherence to internal controls.
- Analyzing production costs to help us make smart business decisions.
Your Key Relationships:
Internally, you'll be closely working with our CFO, finance team, management personnel, and payroll wizards. Externally, you might interact with customers, suppliers, taxation authorities, auditors, and bankers.
Skills & Experience Required:
Ideally, you have completed studies to Year 12 level.
A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
You've got 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, so you know the ropes.
Office administration is your middle name, and you're a keyboarding superstar.
Microsoft Office? No sweat. You're an Excel wizard and can navigate through Access and Word with ease.
You're not intimidated by ERP systems like Syspro or payroll systems like HR3.

Make life easier for our CFO, Managing Director, and Board Members.
