The Opportunity
The opportunity is exciting as it is looking after a growing book of clients – you’ll be meeting with new clients under the mentorship of the principal Senior Financial Adviser. The business is growing via referral at a fast pace and we need an experienced adviser immediately to assist with taking over some of the clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about advice and relationships who can provide an excellent level of client service. In addition to constructing investment portfolios for High Net Wealth individuals, you’ll be providing advice on tax minimisation, retirement planning, superannuation and risk insurance.
The Role
- Understanding clients’ immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk.
- Conduct meetings with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy.
- Provide quality and trusted wholistic financial advice.
- Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the client.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation.
- Assist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Willingness to learn and become a confident, senior adviser
- Must have experience with strategic investment, superannuation and insurance.
- Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for long term career development.
- Must have FASEA approved qualifications.
- Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client’s best interest.
- An ability to handle a growing client book and be comfortable with multi-tasking.
- Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
