Working from our Townsville & Ayr offices, with a highly experience team that is passionate about improving the lives of our clients and helping them achieve their personal and financial goals.
Individually you will be self-motivated who will provide financial advice to new clients and take over an existing portfolio of clients whilst, bring your expertise, to make a positive impact within a highly skilled team to collaboratively to contribute to the overall success of the team. We are seeking someone who can manage their own clients, is accountable, reliable, self-driven to take ownership of the role.

To be successful in the role you must:
- Have the ability to manage and grow a client book of business, with a focus on the client in providing high quality financial advice and services.
- Have a strong technical background - understanding of financial planning strategies including superannuation, retirement planning, cashflow, and debt management.
- Attend to client queries and liaise with other professionals to deliver great client outcomes.
- Be well organised and highly process driven to ensure compliance in all considerations.
- Maintain industry/market knowledge.
We are looking for someone with:
- FASEA Qualified with experience as a Financial Adviser and knowledge across a range of strategies.
- The drive to build their career and develop with the firm long term (equity opportunity).
- Thorough understanding of financial planning regulations and compliance, with a strong attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise competing priorities.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients over the phone, video and in person.
- Knowledge and experience with Financial Planning Software, Xplan including Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher and Xtools+.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust, integrity, and professionalism.
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture.
