Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our Self Licensed Financial Advice practice.
We are a single adviser practice and the successful candidate will be working hand in hand with the Director/Adviser.
Working hours are 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday but are flexible, enabling the successful candidate to begin or finish later or earlier. Part Time applicants will also be considered.
In this position you will offer efficient and compliant support to a busy financial adviser. The role requires you to work closely with the financial adviser and his clients. You will also work closely with fund managers, superannuation funds and insurance companies. We are a business that values our clients and our aim is to always deliver above their expectations. You will form relationships with each of our clients and will ensure top level service is provided to them at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Liaise with clients and other stake holders via telephone,email and in person
- Manage client data in X-Plan
- Ensure all compliance standards are adhered to [ Client Service Agreements, Review dates etc. ]
- Obtain required research from fund managers/superannuation funds/insurance companies.
- Prepare Records of Advice.
- Prepare Implementation documents - paper based or digital.
- Implement advice through to completion
- Liaise and follow up with fund managers/superannuation funds/insurance companies
- Prepare for client review meetings
Qualities
- Technical knowledge relative to the financial advice industry
- Proficiency in X-Plan
- A friendly, can do attitude.
