A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Financial Advisor to join our team in our Perth CBD office.

About the Role
This full-time role will provide comprehensive financial planning services to existing and new clients. The successful candidate will provide on-going advice, guidance and maintain face to face and phone contact with existing clients. The Financial Advisor will be responsible in managing the ongoing relationship with the clients, while also being able to identify and source potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct interviews and reviews for prospects and existing clients.
- Provide technically competent financial planning advice that matches individual client needs.
- Keep up to date with financial planning products and services and with financial market trends.
- Build, train and maintain relationships with external referral sources.
- Achieve agreed targets with respect to funds under management, fees generated, creation of new clients and retention of existing clients.
- Comply with all instructions, procedures and processes of the business as required under the Australian Financial Services License.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor, with full FASEA compliance.
- Knowledge of Xplan as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
- Strong compliance, technical knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
