- This firm offers a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. Design your schedule to maximise output. The leadership team are outcomes focussed, reducing the need for micromanagement.
- Leverage superior systems and processes, designed to maximise client facing time for Advisors, whilst reducing admin burden.
The Role
- Provide compliant, holistic financial advice to an affluent base of business owners and successful professionals.
- Inherit an existing client base (circa $500K), enabling you to hit the ground running.
- Continuously work to implement best practice systems and technology, building further on the strong foundation in place.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff.
- If of interest, participate as a key member of the investment committee.
About You:
- You act with integrity and display a high level of care for both clients and colleagues alike.
- You have a growth mindset – you’re someone who wants to drive change and can work collaboratively in teams to implement improvements.
- You have an innate ability to build relationships and develop rapport with a broad stakeholder group.
- As an experienced Advisor, you’re capable of independently managing a base and confidently converting inbound leads.
