The purpose of the role will exist to maintain the financial integrity of the organisation by managing the financial reporting risk and compliance for the company, reporting to the Head of Finance.

Description
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements for 15+ entities
- Coordinate year end audit
- Tax and compliance
- Review reconciliations
- Manage transactional team
- Prepare work papers
- Assist with transformation work including planning around a system implementation and migration
- Half and Full year statutory accounts
- Manage and facilitate consolidated tax returns
- Manage month end processes
- Other ad hoc duties and analysis
Profile
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Ideally a big-4 or mid-tier audit/business services background
- Experience producing or auditing complex consolidated statements
- Experience in a similar role
- Available at short notice
- Experience leading a team
