Financial Controller - Construction - West Drayton, Middlesex (onsite) Trace Recruit is delighted to be working with an industry leading Construction business, who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their busy team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities:
Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments.
Creation and evaluation of accurate month-end reports to include P&L, Balance Sheet, Receivables, Payables.
Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
Monitor project costs, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
