Responsibilities:
- Provide financial counselling services to clients from all industries
- Develop and implement financial plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Assist clients in developing budgets and managing their finances
- Provide guidance on debt management, credit repair, and financial planning
- Conduct financial assessments and provide recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as lawyers and accountants, to provide comprehensive financial advice
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Counsellor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and debt management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
