What role will you play?
As a Senior Manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to design, develop and optimize AML Transaction Monitoring rules, ensuring they align with the latest regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. You will conduct regular analysis on existing rules and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and enhancements on rules’ efficiency and accuracy and deliver training where required.
In addition, you will stay abreast of evolving money laundering and terrorist financing typologies, regulatory guidance, and industry trends, to perform Threat Assessment and identify potential gaps and vulnerabilities in the AML Transaction Monitoring rule.
What you offer
- Strong understanding of Money laundering and Terrorist Financing typologies, AML laws and industry standards
- Proven experience in AML Transaction Monitoring Rule Development and Optimisation
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, optimizing, and implementing AML Transaction Monitoring rules using technology platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye on detail
- Proven leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact and lead effectively.
