Position Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal role that provides crucial administrative support to our financial services professionals. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to financial advisers and professionals.
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and office organisation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and client documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and organised office environment.
• Assist in project management and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

About You:

• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• A commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior.
• Prior experience in financial services administration or a related field is an advantage.

Preference is for candidates to have experience working in a similar role within a Financial Planning business.
