Commercial Property Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated Commercial
Property Manager to join our professional team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent level of service to owners and tenants within our premium commercial portfolio. We are a supportive and positive team, offering our Property Managers a great work environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
● Experienced Property Manager (ideally in a commercial portfolio)
● QLD certificate of registration & a full drivers licence
● Effective problem solver
● Excellent time management skills
● Commitment to delivering outstanding service
● Experienced in Re-Leased trust accounting software program or similar
● Professional presentation & superior communication skills
